Overview
Only online orders shall approved by quality team will be eligible for refund.
No refund applicable for items lost in return transit/Damaged/used/different product received.
Refund shall be processed in 7-15 business days after receiving the online returns.
Refunds on Buy 2 Get 1 not applicable. All offer discounts applicable on MRP value.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
RETURNS POLICY
All returns to be made within 2 days after receiving the items.
Return items will all tags and in unused and undamaged condition.
Products returned by customers go through quality check and once approved will be eligible for refund.
No refund for items which are used/damaged/wrong/customized items.
CANCELLATION
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 7 days. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. We have full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by kamakshiclothing.com and accept kamakshiclothing.com decisions regarding the cancellation.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
